Arrange the fabricated goods as per the production planning to meet the market requirement

To look after dispatches (Local /Export)

Cost reduction by controlling wastage during production, Inventory Control & Scrap Sale

Co-ordination with the related departments Stores, Accounts, Excise etc.

Q.C.

Inspecting Raw Material Standards (incoming)

Inspecting Finished Products STDs. Implementing Q.C measures

On line Q.C checks during production.

Independently handle line by Quality point of view, finished product analysis &

maintain quality standards.

Inspection of base frames as well as control panel

Testing of diesel generator sets as well as repairing

PROCESS SUPERVISION:

Acoustic assembly

Genset assembly

Gensets testing

Control panel testing

Supervision of hydraulic bending machine and cutting machine

Supervision of acoustics fabrication

DOCUMENTATION

Making the ISO reports

Making the final inspection report of the DG SETS and base frame

Making the load test reports of D.G testing
