Additional Information

I have also worked at call centers from the age of 19-22 in collections, then magazine sales over the phone. The last call center job I held involved me talking potential buyers into allowing our outside sales team to give a in home demonstration. Honeslty I did quite well. I have excellent typing skills, people skills, as well as listening skills. I'm a firm believer in Positivity Produces Productivity.
