Preparing Engineering estimates for the Building & Total Interior Fit-Out works (Total Finishes)

Review / Prepare BOQ from the Drawings and scope of work as per the relevant standard methods of measurement,

Trade packaging the Items in BOQ,

Materials takeoff, itemizing and listing to all tender drawings,

Provide the engineering and bidding documents preparation team with the itemized BOQ for pricing and costing,

Prepare, arrange and follow-up any Correspondences pertaining to his task till fulfillment to the tender submittal time,

Carry out quantity, item and cost checks on the consultant BOQ / cost plans for correctness and issue relevant reports to the Sr. Cost Control Manager for further compliance by the consultant,

Review / Assess the Claims, Change Request, and Value engineering proposal submitted by various consultants,

Assist in preparation of tender document and assist with commercial tender queries where appropriate,

Preparing Inquiries & Sending Queries to the Client, Tender Evaluations

Comparison of rates with current market rate,

Fast-track Measurement by Using Computers – Excel & AutoCAD

Contribute towards improving the business processes, to obtain value of money and productivity improvement

Provide support and assistance to cost estimation team

Prepare monthly Interim payment Certificates for Client/Main Contractor,

Identifying the variations, Preparing V.O’s and Comparison between Tender and Construction stage and cost analysis,

Cross checking and verifying the variances and changes in comparison with original contract Requirements and conditions,

Assist in developing the job budget based on contract documents and certifying progress claims and invoices,

Make calculations and measurements coordination with other different disciplines for the Surveyed quantities to ensure its compatibility and competence,

Procurements of material (Local & Overseas),

Sub-Contractors nomination including PC rate, PS and Special Proposals,

Purchasing and negotiating Sub Contract orders,

Prepare & reviewing the Sub-Contractor payment,

Review / Assess the Invoice and payment application submitted by the consultant(s),

Review / Verify & certify the progress of works as per Invoice and payment application submitted by the contractor,

Review/Assess the Claims and Change Request submitted by various Contractors / consultants,

Ensuring that cost checking and valuation work is managed effectively,
