Planning and executing major and minor outages and improving equipment reliability through development of Operator Basic Care rounds for each area. Working with maintenance to ensure that all equipment is serviced and performing to design. Working with outside sources to provide automatic controls to current equipment to be more cost effective as well as consistent throughput.
