Currently supporting four SalesforceApplications. Worked on VoiceXML for Election Polling Locator. Also supported DTI Abnormal Event Application and DelDot Oversize Overweight Permitting System which is an internet based application that uses Windows NT, Oracle, Java, VisualAge for Java, JSP, Websphere and SQL. Maintained the Delaware Lottery system that is also a web-based application that uses JSP, Java and SQL Server.

Accomplishments:

Migrated all processes and workflow rules to flows.

Designed all the Custom Objects and Custom Fields for Boards and Commissions application.

Coded 95% of the Boards and Commissions application. Sole responsible for migrating the old data to Salesforce using Dataloader. There were no issues/problems after implementation on those features that I was responsible.

Involved in the development of Fire Marshal application and solely supporting this application.

Worked on many pending changes on the Boat Registration application.

Developed the first VoiceXML application for Lottery

Involved in the conversion of Contract Database, a web application for DTI, from IBM specific codes to Java standard codes

Supported 16 Java applications.

Developed and supported other VoiceXML applications in State of Delaware. The first one to use VXML for querying Poll Places in the State of Delaware. Because of this, the State of Delaware received an award from Institute of Massachusetts for innovation technology.

Trimmed down the average open maintenance request for DFMS from 120 to 0. Also cut down the DFMS daily processing time by 5 hours and the year-end processing time by 24 to 36 hours.

Created a harmonious environment in DFMS group where each team member is willing to help the other team member.

Worked as an ASAP developer using ABAP/4 and LSMW. Also involved in a pilot project for Department of Revenue, the objective of which is to introduce Java and Object Oriented programming in OIS.
