Based on gap analysis of iProcurement versus existing processes, designed solutions to implement custom business rules in procurement process, for both catalog and non-catalog items, through both internal and external requisitions. The solution added support to back-to-back (cross dock) orders and back-order capability due to inventory shortage, and streamlined the process by automating front-end data entry and back-end integration to Inventory, Order Management, Project Accounting, and EDI.

Led EDI integration with BizTalk through e-Commerce Gateway, web services, and custom interfaces. The solution involves functional setup and technical implementation for 810, 850, 852, 860, 861, and 867. Complex customization was done to handle both cross-dock and consigned items.

Designed and developed a high-volume vendor invoice process utilizing OAF and Workflow. Custom OAF UI enforces user-defined business rules and workflow routes approval based on AME rules. Workflow also integrates with AP invoice through open interface.

Designed and developed Mobile UI (MSCA) customization to receive cross-dock materials in WMS, and automatically kicks off Pick Release for order fulfillment. The custom cross-dock receiving label is generated by a custom report.
