Dining Room Manager (2011 2023)

During the Club leadership’s search for a Dining Room Manager, recruited to lead the team. During interim time frame, showed and executed leadership skills, and asked to fill role permanently.

Key Accomplishments:

−Strived to consistently resolve Member complaints quickly and efficiently. Maintained excellent customer service standards, which resulted in Member satisfaction.

−Recruited new staff members based on qualifications required for each position within the department.
