PRESENT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Capable to work as a team supervisor/ leader and maintain the quality control laboratory activities as per organizational demands.

Will arrange sampling, testing and documentation of raw materials, Finished products and packaging materials.

Capable to face the regulatory inspection and take necessary preparation for this purpose.

Capable to perform all QC equipment as per plan.

To perform analytical Assay Method Validation, Impurity Validation, Dissolution Validation, Identification validation, Preservative validation, Process validation & Cleaning Validation.

Preparation of Annual Product Review (APR).

Carry out the analytical method development for new products.

Analysis & documentation of commercial batches stability study & accelerated stability studies (as ICH Guideline).

To prepared SOP of Raw Materials, Finished Product & Packing Materials.

To check and control of all SOP’S implementation & preparation of new SOP.

Preserve and maintain the analytical documents for batch release.

New source approval related activities for raw material & packaging material.

Develop working standard (Cross-link between the primary Reference Standard and working standard) record & preserve.

Raw Material (Active & Execipient) & finished product: Analysis, sampling, reporting & Preparation of analytical certificates & to analyze incoming materials.

Maintain Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and Batch Packing Record (BPR) new launch and existing products.

Preserve and maintain the analytical documents for batch release.

Assist in Internal and External Quality Systems Audits and the CAPA implementation.

Provide support to the various divisions for effective and efficient implementation of the Quality Management System.

Prepared Export Dossier (CTD, ACTD, On line Format) for different countries.

Instrument:

Operation & calibration of HPLC, Dissolution Tester, UV spectrometer, FTIR, Digital Auto Tritrator, Liquid Particle counter, Digital Polarimeter, Viscometer, Autoclave, DO Meter, pH Meter, Conductivity Meter, Refractro Meter, TDS Meter, Hardness Tester, Friability Tester, Ultrasonic bath, centrifuge machine.
