Personal Statement: almost 40 years in new swimming pool construction and remodeling. One of my main accomplishment is working with the health department in many counties on the critical changes in VGB compliance and implementing the new rules, on commercial projects. I am highly motivated, a self-starter and a very reliable worker. I will work my hardest to ensure the job is done correctly, and will meet all safety requirements. I started my professional career in swimming pools construction at a young age. where I learned the in and out of the swimming pool, new and remodel construction, top to bottom. Excavation to initial water treatment and everything in between. Luke, plumbing and electrical prepared me for my next career, in management and operations.

Division Manager-Plumbing and Electrical for Swimming Pools – Orange, California Responsibilities – operations meetings weekly. Schedule Crew Members of daily weekly schedules to prioritize job order by deadlines, Project planning, Instruction planning, Job costing, handling of all hiring and termination of employees, organize permitting, Process Weekly/Daily Budgets, Pre planning construction. Responsible for timekeeping for employees to ensure timecards are accurate, assist with problem resolution, troubleshooting with different equipment. I work directly with Subcontractors and sales staff to ensure the job is completed timely and without complications. I handle the purchase ordering for equipment, maintain operational requirements of pool equipment. I mentor my employees in promoting positiveness, and set work goals for them to accomplish. It is my responsibility of handling the inspections of Electrical and process warranty submittals.Repairs and replacement of products requests.
