IN A NUTSHELL
I have unique experience through a wide range of opportunities! While I learn quickly, I also believe that accuracy is key and that if I am going to take the time to do something, it should be done right the first time. I take pride in my work ethic, as well as my ability to come up with creative solutions when issues arise. EDUCATION

EXPERIENCE
ML3 LLC
February 2020 – November 2020
In February of 2020, I had the opportunity of managing an outsourcing company for Human Resources and Accounting outsourcing. I was able to use my skills of management, client outreach, accounting, and travel knowledge to assist with six different companies at the same time, maintaining 15 different stores/shops between Lubbock, Tx and the DFW metroplex area. I would complete about half of the work at my home office, and the rest I would be physically at the stores for. It taught me time management, as well as how to stay finely organized.
Oliver Fox Advertising Agency
2018-2020
I had the privilege of working with the investors of Oliver Fox Advertising Agency and gained a large amount of hands-on experience by doing so. I was able to learn how to maintain books, complete audits, and stand in for meetings with the CPA. I aided in quality assurance with the clients and maintaining satisfaction with every project no matter how time sensitive! While most work weeks maintained 60 hours, there were a handful of weeks where 80+ work hours were needed to make the deadline. American Income Life Insurance Agency
March 2017 – October 2017
An adventurous and riveting experience was being a traveling life agent with American Income Life. In the six short, yet delightful, months I was there I was able to achieve the Rising Star award by having a record sales month of
$22,000 in a combination of whole and term policy sales. I was able to start my sales journey in Texas but was able to gain certifications for sales in New Mexico, Colorado, Oklahoma, and Texas.
Civitas Medical Group
March 2016 – May 2017
One of the most gratifying and humbling experiences was within the Civitas Medical Group. I worked in Memory Care as a caregiver at La Fontaine, then was promoted to a Lead Med-Tech at their sister facility for Assisted Living. At maximum capacity, we aided about 160 residents on a daily basis. When they first opened, and I had first started with the company, there were 11 residents total.
Reality Based Group
December 2013 – March 2016
The first ‘real’ job I gained, and one that I will always be grateful for, started in Austin, Tx! I started by aiding in Micro and Macro editing, as well as becoming their data entry specialist. My list of responsibilities quickly grew, and I started assisting with client relations, gaining new accounts, providing quality assurance between the editors and clients, as well as training the new employees. They set the bar for positive work environments by having such a happy and tight-knit group of employees which made it enjoyable to go into the office through the week.
FUN THINGS
I can bake approximately 10 dozen chocolate
chip cookies in about a 3.5 hour span.
I used to spin fire until I had children. Now I
enjoy playing in aerial silks and on a lyra
hoop!
At one point in life I kept over 80 chickens, a
couple of turkeys, and a peacock.
I became a published author at the age of 15
due to a book of short stories I had written
and submitted.
