Must have knowledge of fittings of all kinds in plastic, black, galvanized, copper in all sizes from a 1/4" to 48" or greater. Soldering and brazing skills, in lead and silver. Water, steam, waste water, fluids as demanded by customer, hydraulic to distilled water. Vent lines on waste water, rate of fall, C.O. location, VTR (vent thru roof), clearing these same line with a rooter machine. What pipe material to use on what application, why primer on plastic pipe is so important, just as is the cement to seal it is. Valves, gate, globe, butterfly, solenoid have repair and replaced. Steam repairs, steam lines and condensate lines, steam traps[all types bucket to diaphragm],strainers, pressure reducing valves. Commercial kitchen repairs, steam tables, dishwashers, kettles, clear floor drains,gas, electric, ovens, run gas lines to these devices. Commercial laundry repairs on 200 pound washers, program wheel repair, solenoid repair, dump valve or remove a towel from them repair. clean lint traps to main drain. Dryer repair, replace bearings, windows run new gas lines in black pipe. Hand tools, voltmeters, hand pipe threaders, machine threaders, electrical drills, saws. Excavating equipment, trenchers, backhoe, pay loaders. BOCA (Building Office Code Administration) for plumbing codes. Air handler maintenance. Water/Sewer main repairs. Circulating pump installation. Maintenance and repairs for water heaters 1,500 gal to 10 gallon. electrical, natural gas to steam, mixing valves and steam bundles. Water wells limit switches, holding tanks air and bladder type and trouble-shooting same.
