- Processing Pro-forma invoices and Tax invoices on Pastel for all client orders
- Providing statements for clients who request it – from Pastel
- Debt collecting (calling and/or emailing clients for payments before their orders can be dispatched)

- Requesting POD’s via email and telephone from couriers

- Keeping Meshuggah suppliers accounts up to date (eg : requesting payments from accounts for orders that need to be delivered)
