WORK PERFORMED:
Responsible for the revamp of business processes across the Dialog group of companies and for the upgrade to ERP 6.0 with regard to the FICO module. Currently the project is in the Business Blueprint phase.
This project will bring the three Dialog companies (Mobile, Broadband, Satellite TV) under a single client and will involve cross-company code invoicing, inter unit change out, cost allocations for profitability analysis of business lines and their products.
