During the time as a receptionist in Valley Grande Manor the job was to be the face of the building. It was necessary to welcome patients and visitors in and out of the building and make sure to keep the place safe and clean. There was also a need to record covid info about anyone coming in and out of the building and to deal with customer service issues by helping patients and visitors with any questions.

During the time as an associate at TJMAXX it was essential to be in charge of keeping the store clean and organized and making the place welcoming and comforting for all customers. It enhanced customer service skills and taught how to handle difficult situations with customers. The job also required to be in charge of handling money and working a cash register and helping customers with questions or concerns.
