Manage stakeholders and communicate contract implementation to Formen. Planning for Site resources, equipment and materials. Preparation of site progress reports. Supervise all activities that are taking place on site. Quality control, manage daily production, take records, plan for and make sure daily targets are met. Supervise employees and ensure safety standards are met on site and compile daily and monthly reports. Design road signs using Road Sign Design Unlimited, AutoCAD and CoralDRAW softwares.
