I was originally hired and worked as a customer care representative in tracking and scheduling shipments while also resolving invoice disputes and providing quotes. I moved to a more specialized quoting for expedited and heavy load/truckload shipments before accepting a position supporting our sales team in creating customer facing reports and offers as well as assisting is contract submissions/corrections. My final responsibility was in revenue ensuring that we were within the SOX compliance for invoices being sent to the client. This involved dealing with the rating, billing and even pricing applications.
