Directed efforts of several hundred government and contractor personnel during Production Test Program (PTP) and Land Based Evaluation Facility (LBEF), dockside and at-sea during New Construction and Pre-deployment periods, QA/QC, CM/ILS acceptance and certification testing, as well as lead Test Director for CCS, dockside and at-sea acceptance and certification testing.

Performed budget planning and execution oversight with NAVSEA Sponsors

Served as Science Advisor to Commander Submarines Pacific Fleet (COMSUBPAC) for the TRIDENT CCS, in support of special ECS/SONAR/DPS projects and programs.

Managed the TRIDENT Integrated Radio Room (IRR) Production Test Program and Maintenance program at the Land Based Evaluation Facility (LBEF) at NUWC.
