●Network Operations Center Tech in a 24/7 Datacenter, monitoring numerous services and applications to ensure customers have uninterrupted and continual access to their applications and their financial profile.

●Monitor incoming alerts for hardware and software failures; create tickets using ServiceNow ticketing software and escalate issues as needed ensuring the ticket is closed. Perform jobs and tasks assigned by the Ops Center as needed during second shift when other resources are limited.

●Monitor New Relic and PagerDuty software applications, which both inform us of software and hardware failures from servers/hardware, facilities, and applications. Whenever there is a critical problem, I troubleshoot and determine what resource to assign to, and facilitate/aid conference calls as needed.

●As the primary POC during the 4 pm – 1 am shift, am a critical role, partnering with International businesses to ensure business procedure continuity, in constant communication with T. Rowe Price employees around the globe to aid them in troubleshooting any client-side impacting issues and escalate as needed.

●We use AutoSys as our automated job control system to monitor schedule and configure scheduled jobs as needed by our admins.

●Provided IT hardware and resource support to the Advanced Cyber Training Program (ACTP)

●Aided instructors and staff with setup, technical issues, and processing of training courses.

●Perform general updates and maintenance to Ubuntu servers, which included an SVN that housed the course material for instructors, a Clonezilla server for different workstation images for students and instructors, a DHCP/DNS server, and a Canvas server.
