Communication
I have adopted the philosophy that communication is the key component to any successful project. I communicate with people in a professional manor which puts them at ease and sub-contractors want to work with me because of the relationship, respect and expectations that we mutually share.
I have always been able to take a project and budget and get a result that made all parties happy. I can “value engineer” and achieve the same aesthetic result with quality. I believe craftsmanship should be strived for in every aspect of construction, from plans, estimating to the final detail.
Leadership
I have led and managed projects and teams on projects from 150k to 10 million in budgetary scopes. My emphasis has always been on creating a “Team” of leaders who will stay vigilant on budgets, time, quality and safety of everyone and every detail. I have chaired a few positions on Downtown Revitalization boards and been key in presentations to City Councils for economic development projects.
