Dear Hiring Manager,

I have had the pleasure of knowing Kevin Houchin for a year now. He has been the primary driver for the sequencing of wheel and tire assemblies from Oakley Subassembly to Rivian. Kevin has always gone above and beyond in this role. He is very professional and is always trying to keep a step ahead to ensure no disruptions to our assembly line or the Rivian line. He has taken it upon himself to develop a communication network at Rivian and here at Oakley to anticipate needs or head problems off before they become an issue. There have been many times Kevin has stayed late, came in early and even covered loads on his time off to ensure our production lines remain running. He is quick to find things to do in order to help everything run smoothly. He has even spotted for other drivers to help them back into our dock area.

It will be sad for us to lose Kevin but if you partner with Kevin you are getting a dependable, professional driver with a wonderful demeanor.
