I was an outside sales representative for an LED Lighting Manufacture soliciting and survey all kinds of commercial businesses, industrial, gas stations, and multi-family property management companies on behalf of the utility companies. All my leads were self-generated, I did all my own audits and are knowledgeable of all different types of LED fixtures.

GREEN ENERGY: Outside Sales Representative- 2012- 2015

I sold the services of a LED Lighting Retrofit Company, switching out old florescent lights to new energy efficient lights to companies such as commercial businesses, city municipalities, gas stations, property management companies, industrial and manufacturing plants. I conducted my own audits, submitted a competitive bid and closed the deal.

I sold the services of a Lighting Retrofit Company to large and small manufactures, industrial and commercial businesses, and city municipalities, switching out old lights to energy efficient lighting, site analysis, providing a detailed, competitive bid, making sure the job is timely and correct and gave presentations on how to reduce cost reduction.

I solicited local businesses to infomercial TV spots to be aired on KCAL TV.

NATIONAL REVENUE COOPORATION: District Sales Manager, 1998-2006

I solicited and marketed the services of an Account Receivable Company. I recruited, trained, monitored new sales representatives, and managed a team of 5-10 employees, attended Trade Associations to promote the company’s products and services, conducted presentations to small and large companies. Because I was a proven top performer, it got me promoted from an Account Executive to District Sales Manager in a short period of time.

PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR: Self Employed: 1987-1997

I investigated different types of insurance claims for plaintiff and defense attorneys and insurance companies. I researched court records, took witness statements, for all different types of cases, such as civil, criminal, auto, and worker’s compensation fraud, general liability claims. I took detailed and accurate recorded and written statements, conducted activity checks, did undercover work and surveillance. I know my way around all the courthouses.

Researched and wrote correspondence to his constituents. I attended public events and attended meetings. I also volunteered for other Congressman and City Councilman during college.
