Program Manager

CORE Manufacturing is a start-up contract manufacturer specializing in implantable medical devices. Responsible for managing the Programs / Project Management function. Primary interface between CORE and all major customers in support of on time delivery and program budget goals. Reported directly to the company President.

Developed and managed program schedules

Created and managed program action plans and led all customer program reviews

Managed company revenue plan and reported monthly results

Led internal team in developing 2nd source suppliers for single source items

Responsible for the management of the Supply Chain, Planning / Scheduling, and Program Operations oversight for major contracts. Sr. Manager – Operations

TEAC Aerospace - $50+M manufacturer of complex military and commercial aerospace assemblies for Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Airbus, Agusta, Eurocopter, and major airlines. Responsible for the overall management of order administration, purchasing, material planning, stockroom, shipping and receiving and overall support of the production of state of the art mission data recorders for military and commercial applications and in-flight entertainment products. Lead contact for customer interface groups, both Foreign and Domestic, with resource allocation for entire organization including Engineering, Quality, Programs, and Purchasing.
