The position’s highlights included: Installing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system; Modernizing accounting, human resources, procurement, inventory, and project management processes; Bringing the company into compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley standards; and overseeing six troubled projects formerly held by fired project managers, avoiding tens of millions of dollars in contracted liquidated damages from anticipated delivery delays.
