• Led on the automation of annual statistical presentations for internal and external recruitment schemes using Python, including the creation of synthetic datasets to test the code due to a lack of historical data. This resulted in significant time savings, from taking multiple people weeks to create a report to taking one person seconds to generate a report.

• Utilised Natural Language Processing with R to analyse the open-ended questions contained within the organisation’s various internal surveys, allowing senior leaders to see a clear overarching trend based upon thousands of responses.

• Developed comprehensive monthly refreshing Power BI Dashboards through a connection to SQL Server data and a custom refresh interval, showcasing HR Management Information used by analysts across the entire organisation.
