Stability Technician March 2023 – September 2023

Chemistry:

• Running compatibility tests of competitor and Clorox formulations (citric acid/bleach/hydrogen peroxide/quat-based) using an automated robot, to determine aesthetic and residue effects on various surfaces (plastics, steel, aluminum etc.).

• Batching of various formulations for different studies (dye/fragrance stability, client requests, business presentations/meetings etc.) as per the scientist’s requirement.

• Preparation and Liquid Release Profile Testing of various Clorox and competitor wipe formulations with different loading ratios using a PAT (Pressure Assist Table).

• Wetness mileage testing of Clorox and competitor wipes for use by healthcare and sales departments.

• Assisted and demonstrated working of CPro’s “409” product at the CloroxPro All-Hands meeting.

• Recording, documentation of results and communication with respective scientists and departments. Microbiology:

• Micro-efficacy qualitative testing of quat-based wipe formulations with a 45s contact-time against S.aureus – BSL 2 certified (culture and subculturing on TSA, MSA and Blood Agar; streak and spread plating, media prep and autoclaving).

• Recording and documentation of results and reporting to various scientists and managers with attention to detail, while maintaining deadlines and communicating delays; experience working with CISPro.

June 2014 – July 2015 Project: Isolation of H. pylori from domestic water supply in Bangalore city Project funded by the UGC (University Grants Commission). Isolated, enumerated and Gram stained H. pylori from water samples collected in the city. Prepared questionnaire for water supply, storage, quality etc. of collected samples.
