I am writing to express my interest in a Support, Application or Cloud position. I have over 15 years of experience in desktop support, with a focus on testing, migration, and security. In my previous project role as a Quality Assurance Tester Expert/Lead at TCS for Citibank, I was responsible for testing and certifying monthly Windows 7 and Windows 10 OS patches on Diebold 450 and 470 series ATMs. Using Vynamic View and Transaction Middleware tools for Nextgen ATMs. I also utilized Kalignite Terminal Controller and HP ALM for Legacy ATM testing. I also functioned as the lead tester for branch locations ATM vestibule access hardware migration. I have also worked on a variety of other projects, including:

Participation in migrating 2200 AEP Citrix VDI/VMs to McAfee Endpoint Security via scripting, manual intervention, and connection mitigation.

Assigned to AEP’s End User Compute Tier 2 Escalation Group, handling windows application issues, VPN lockouts, VDI/VM access mitigation, advanced diagnostics, and remote break-fix. Participation in CompuCom's Microsoft Exchange to Google Apps migration as the KY Google Guide Lead for an estimated five hundred local and 13,000 global users throughout CompuCom locations Participation in McKesson’s Email migration to integrate RX Crossroads email, office applications, and other systems into McKesson’s operations.
