Additional Information
In the AT&T call center, within a 6 month period I went from a trainee to a member of the hand- picked top 1% of the company team marketing the president of the company's pet project in 2 States. Additionally, my personal production on a daily basis in one of the states, California, equaled the total of the rest of the team's production. The president assigned me to that one state and everyone else to the other. I was responsible for the whole of California. And did well.
