Jan 2019 to March 15th 2020:
Project Manager for J.Cappelleti, Inc. at Garden Club. Project consisted the construction of 3 low budget buildings with 10 two story units each building. Total 30 units and approximately 48,750 SF of interior space. Located in Miami Gardens.
August 2015 to February 2018:
Owner representative: Adsum Group, LLC. For Miami City Self Storage, LLC. Developers of self-storage buildings in South Florida. Coordinated with the Design team and Plan Expeditors to get building permits for 5 projects within the City of Miami. Managed two of the construction projects by monitoring the Contractor contracts. In Charge of monitoring overall construction progress, submittal schedules, pay requests, coordinating engineering and design changes, etc.
September 1999 to August 2015.
Performed about 65 contracts to several Federal Agencies as: US Army Corps of Engineers, US Coast Guard, Homestead Air Reserve Base, US Custom & Border Protection, and Everglades National Park. From interior commanding offices renovation, parking lots, complete kitchen renovation, antennas installation, boat ramps,, underground utilities, bridge repairs, exterior repairs, etc.
Increased bonding capacity to $5 million per single contract.

Complete management of the following projects:
Tigertail Camp, project for the US Army Corps of Engineers. Obtained an “Outstanding Performance Award”. Total value of contract, US $2.2 million. Consisted in relocating six Miccossukee families to temporary mobile homes. Fill up to three feet high the whole area and built 6 concrete block residents, including, canal dock, metal shop, and a Fire Hydrant system. Move the families back to their new homes, clean up the area.
SABER Project for Homestead Air Reserve Base. Completed several medium and small size tasks.
Job Corps Center : Contract worth US $5 million for the Department of Labor. The Project consisted in remodeling several existing buildings damaged by Hurricane Andrew, for a new technical construction school.
Obtained gross project margin of about $1.3 million.
