Provided engineering subject matter expertise for the city in a court case (City of Flint, MI vs. General Motors). Conducted a heat loss energy study based on a physical defect study of the General Motors Tech Center (8 million sq. ft. survey that included 80 buildings in a technical/science facility) and the General Motors Buick City facility (6 million sq. ft. survey that included 47 factory/office buildings). As a direct result of this effort, the city won a favorable judgment.

Holiday Inn Fun Club (Prior) - Paradise Island, Bahamas

Designed (on a fast-track basis) seawater-cooling plant for air conditioning system for a 12-story hotel (chillers, pumps, heat exchanger systems).

NJ International Bulk Mail Facility (Prior) - Jersey City, NJ

(Shared Energy Project)

Managed the project as the C.O.R. (Company Official Representative) for the United States Postal Service, for an energy retrofit (re-lamping and chiller replacement) at this 1.8 million sq. ft. facility, which is the largest bulk mail facility in the world.

Designed HVAC, sprinkler, electric and plumbing for this 150,000 sq. ft. facility
