My overall job title is Baker. My production department is Bread Sticks 2. Breadsticks is the bread which is eaten by millions of Subway consumers ( literally). The departmental contribution further supports that title and offers numerous and competitive and repetitive as needed task that must be and are completed in a consistent basis . My job description is to make sure the packaging department is ran with consistency and steady flow of product. The Grande a machine which gathers the dough sticks which are frozen has a side A and a side B as respectively. Those two sides opposite of each other are filled with 80 frozen sticks. The robot takes them and drops them into a box that put under a release door in a timely manner. My responsibility is reach a goal of 4000 cases per shift which is met on a consistent basis barring any setbacks or downtime due to a maintenance or quality assurance issue. I started at a level 1 and became a level 3. I am responsible for hourly checks to make sure metal or any undetected objects are not present and I communicate any discrepancies with the plant manager. I myself take care of whatever needs to be fixed or readjusted in the packaging area due to my knowledge and expertise over a 4 year period. Micromanagement is heavily relied on in the 12 hour shift and implemented within our team, and is a very successful method which helps me excel as a CraftMark employee and team lead within the packaging department.

• Started out as an order picker operator which is still categorized as such within the forklift

• Required to drive down a computer selected isle locate the item take the item and then move it to its required destination

• Within the guidelines of being an order picker operator we had to change our own batteries and follow the correct safety guide lines in order to make sure the battery itself was connected to the order picker to function properly
