I was employed by Gensco for 28 years. During that time I excelled at inside sales and was quickly promoted to Outside Sales for Supplies. I also held positions as Service Parts Specialist which involved bringing this new area of sales to Gensco by advising the purchasing team on what parts to inventory and sell. I also held positions of equipment sales for both American Standard and Trane. I have many years experience in motivating team members on proper customer service skills and sales skill building. I helped my customers increase profitability and efficiency through sales and business training. I learned those skills from many of the training classes with the Professional Business coaching firms that Gensco partnered with over the 28 years I was employed there. Customer service was an emphasis in my daily interactions with every client!
