Supply Chain / Logistics Coordinator September 2018 – February 2022

Collaborated hands-on with IT to create a program to prioritize and shorten the load building / scheduling process from four days to three while working with the supply chain.

Partnered with IT and Production departments to undergo the System Implementation of SAP.

Used problem-solving, deployment and the production schedule to build the shipping schedule from the manufacturing facility in Flowery Branch to the 16 freezer facilities (3PL’s) currently being used, for the four production lines equaling approximately 250 orders per week. Learned the daily responsibilities and managed these while the team focused on the implementation of SAP from Mass 500 program.

Maintained accurate inventory monthly to ensure customers would not be shorted on upcoming orders.

Managed the building of the shipping schedule using Mass 500 until the implementation of SAP went live.
