Accelerated Submittal preparation, tracking, approval and management with specific emphasis on Structural Steel, Sheet Metal and Storefront shop drawing submittal.

Timely processing of Building Permit, Street use Permit and Utility Permits and any required Traffic Control Plans.

Enhanced oversight of field activities. Experience includes positions as a full charge Superintendent and General Superintendent which developed complete knowledge of

project field activity requirements.
