Provided JCI’s - Global Commercial Operations and Transformation; delivery of the Strategic Goals defined, by: the JCI Executive Leadership Board & the M&I Board.

Other Internal JCI Clients included: finance<FP&A>, Legal, Corp. Comms, IT, HR, risk, engineering, procurement, M&A/Corp. Investment Board, Treasury, Vendor services, and construction services. Delivered transformational management of technical and contractual requirements to deliver RE strategic initiatives across 126 countries.

A brief listing of strategic Transformation / Program Management delivered:

Business Continuity Manager – FY20/FY21/FY22/Fy23 – Program Manager for the Global JCI Corp. BCP initiative <EHS>. Project included: leading the Implementation of the BCP plan for <multiple> JCI’s Corporate centers; including the creation of the 1. Business Impact Assessment (BIA); 2. business continuity plan template; 3. BCP Stress Test & Report; 4. Audit findings & Annual Revisions. I managed the delivery of the annual COPR. BCP for each global location; BCP required independent coordination with: JCI Leadership, EH&S, Corporate COMM’s, Legal & Transformation Team.

JCI Corporate locations provided three distinct scenario losses, to each facility. The Stress test would ensure the defined BCP recovery solution was sustainable, as outlined within the BCP Template & the BIA contacts. Annually, three emergency scenarios were stress tested; any obstacle, and or process that could result in partial or complete disruption of business was reported within the Stress Test Findings. BCP operational revisions included: Revision of Corp. COMM’s, a PACE Leadership Reporting Process was implemented, creating a single point BCP repository <MS Teams to SharePoint> was developed, that defined the business continuity implementation plan, for every Corporate Center in NA.

Real Estate and Program Management across 126 Countries, involving: 70+ Corporate Campuses and an additional 16,000+ leases, coordination of global operations of a top 50 (NYSE) corporation. Duties includes: Strategic /M&A Planning, defining & execution of Cap.Ex. delivery, Facility Management (FM), A/E vendor maintenance, Branding, EHS, Portfolio Optimization, Business Continuity Planning and Enterprise Property Communications.

RE Portfolio Management – FY23_Q1 – $42.7 B, including: Property, Plant & Equipment, as well as, the Investment in partially owned facilities. Special Transformation/M&A/PMO Initiatives:

oImplementation of the Global Facilities Maintenance initiative <IFM>. Globally, JCI transferred all Facilities Maintenance/Vendor Management/EHS initiatives/Break Fix Contracting, as well as, Energy Management to a 3rd party FM vendor. After three years of leading the global transition at 1600+ locations, the IFM project was@ 91% complete. FM services and contracting has been transferred at 1300+ locations globally; FY23 savings over FY22 <FP&A>baseline is $700M. FY24 projections predicts an additional 6% savings, as well as identifying a 25% reduction delta of EHS infractions and continuation of planned annual equipment/facilities maintenance through FY26.

oProvided the Sustainability Planning/COVID Implementation plan for 7 JCI Corporate locations. Redefined workspace spatial standards, oversaw the implementation of heightened EHS HEPA/Air Quality standards, monitoring, procurement, security guidelines & revised FM delivery standards.

oWorked with JCI HR/Legal/Risk & JCI Leadership to define the operational status of: Remote/Hybrid/Office personnel. Provided a spatial assessment of the action and defined impact to Enterprise Real Estate 2022-2023 operations needs and the FP&A impacts of the reduction.

oProvided the Global Audit of JCI the adopted 2019 Branding standards. Managed the Global Audit across NA/EMEA/APAC/LATAM. Definition of Compliance was completed within 6 months, Budget development and Operation’s Phasing 1-3 was implemented in 2020. JCI Transformation Office, Change Management Team & Global Comm’s was leveraged partners. Operations included required “local” Vendor selection, aggregating budgeting, securing “local management” representation and the completion of the “JCI Rebranding Audit” at 1650 locations. Management and coordination of the $460M budget, project scope extended from 2019-2022.

oImplementation of JCI’s IWMS platform, OpenBlue Digital AI software. Coordinated the transformation effort, provided program management for the launch at 30+ JCI Corporate centers. Optimizes building controls and tracks sustainability metrics across all 30 sites, metrics flow tied to Global DAIR dashboard to allow incremental adjustment to JCI’s Net Zero position. Allowed data to be aggregated across three platforms, in conjunction with Metasys building controls, to reduce energy consumption & Greenhouse Gas reduction, by as much as 40%.

oWell Building Certification – FY22/FY23 – Certification of 7 JCI Corporate Centers <WELL is a performance-based system for measuring, certifying, and monitoring features of the built environment that impact human health and well-being, through air, water, nourishment, light, fitness, comfort and mind.>

oSale/Lease Back Initiatives – FY20-FY23 – Using DAIR metrics, assisted the RE Team to Complete $2+ B, of Sale/lease back initiatives. Purpose: to improve FP&A cashflow position, minimize risk and to achieve Transformation Office goals. The effort assisted with Risk minimization, allowed the RE portfolio to eliminate known performance impediments and to eliminate spatial redundancy.

oCreated and Launched the JCI Occupancy APP – Leveraging JCI’s existing ISE/IT protocols, I coordinated with Cisco to generate an APP that could remotely report the number of Laptop ISE connections at each JCI location, 24/7, globally. Using a CAP iterative process, the App. refinements reports the # of occupants, in JCI office, service & retail buildings, 1X/Hr. The accuracy of the data capture became vital to the Enterprise Real Estate Group and the M&A Board, to determine the actual Spatial program requirements, as well as, providing accurate building cost per person/SqFt. and utilities cost per person for the FP&A team.

GE Healthcare –Program Management 5/2012 to 9/2019

Federal GOV. Contract Specialist (RFP)

Delivery of Contracts to US Government Procurement & Managed GE cross functional partners, including: legal, risk, engineering, finance, service, construction services to fulfill commercial requirements, technical and contractual requirements for customer issued proposals and contracts.

Developed Commercial Ops digital imaging “Proposal Project Manager” role- #1 contract volume contributor, for GE Healthcare Commercial Ops, 2015, 2016 and 2017. $1.09 B projected annual sales.
