o Allocated a daily work route, which required driving to different parts of the City to provide pest control services to homeowners. o Responsible for diagnosing pest control issues with homeowners. o Provided and sold additional products and services to homeowners as needed or per request.

o Implemented exceptional customer services in order to gain and retain new customers.

o Maintained the upkeep of the company truck as well as ensuring my pest control license was kept up-to-date.

o Ensured that all services tickets were submitted to accounts receivables in a timely manner.

● Capstone Staffing LLC-Home Depot-March 2021-February 2022 Lead (Outbound)

o As a Lead, I was required to be at the facility 30 minutes prior to the start of the shift, in order to get my crew of order pullers ready to process the daily work orders.

o My duties were tracking and pacing the order pullers, as well as ensuring they were doing the job correctly and safely.

o Responsible for sending emails daily throughout my shift to the General Managers, in order to keep them updated on the workflow and production. o Performed all of my daily tasks using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel; Managed a Team of 15 people.

● Williams Sonoma- Receiving(Inbound)- January 2019-July 2019 o Required to use powered industrial equipment such as a Pacer, Cherry picker/OP, and electric pallet jack in order to perform my daily assigned tasks. o Responsible for loading and unloading furniture from the Trucks. o Required lift and move products in excess of 70 pounds with an approved lifting device.

o Ensure merchandise was scanned prior to moving it to a different location.

● Dollar General- Cashier/Stocker- March 2018-August 2018

● Kohl’s Distribution- October 2016- January 2018- Packer/Equipment Operator Operated an electrical pallet jack to replenish merchandise; used an electric order picker to pull merchandise for shipping.

o Cross-trained to work in various departments such as; Replenishment, Picking and Equipment Operator.
