lead a team of 30 to 40 employes to recieve and put up knew product. while inside forklift operaters selected full pallets and case pickers also selected from the pick line orders. The team also loaded outbounds from 10 different doors to big costumers. T he company shipped 52 outbounds in two shifts 32 of those outbounds during my watch. recieved between 18 to 26 inbounds during first shift and case picked From 26,000 cases to 45,000 during one shift. During the day BBS were coducted retraings recertified old employes.

Task was to recieve and process work and eventually enter information for the stores with was to enter information pick run and stage and release to the warehouse. we also entered the information for the inbounds to create the Rons the the warehouse could recieve the product. we created the load list so the loader could load the product and verify information . Most important had to check loads to see if product was short or if the order was complete.
