● Collect the bidding projects which are about metal and steel fabrication on the bid projects website and put them into my folder for bidding and make sure my estimating duration can be completed before the due date.

● Create a Bid proposal form includes the scope of coverage, bid reference, notes and condition, and exclusions.

● Review all bid documents, drawings and specifications.

● Detail to read the specifications of “Division 05” the steel and metal parts.

● Bluebeam material takeoff: - Doing material takeoff of the beam, column, stiffener plate, cross beam plate, shear plate, base plate, cap plate, embed plate, angle, bending plate and connection plate with shop filet weld labor hours and field labor hours CJP and others, and the installation quantity of field bolts, anchor bolts, expansion bolts and other bolts with the required grading code. - Excel out takeoff data from bluebeam and compare the weight of the material with the sales manager to bid the final direct cost of material

● FAbrol experiences: type all the takeoff material with shop, and field labor hours and code into the Fabtrol to get the sum takeoff material shop labor hour and field labor hours, material surface area for sandblast and galvanize, and weight of steel material include w-flange, hss, and plates.

● Excel out Fabtrol data and compare the weight of the material with the sales manager to calculate the final unit price of material,
