Assisted the DM in several projects.

Working with each store manager to recruit, hire, train and develop a team that could successfully meet the fast-paced demands of the retail environment, while still delivering excellent customer service. Ensuring all sales and profit goals were met. Worked with store manage to control shrink. Prepared individual store budgets, monitored monthly expenses, and controlled budget costs. Prepared quarterly presentations for Regional Management.
