Greet and serve guests following guidelines set by the policies/procedures regarding the service of food and beverage

Use proper in-room clearing and aisle tray break-down buffet or other special food service tables and equipment

Oversee events, handle, and delegate customer service duties in a timely and efficient manner

Supervise and provide direction to Banquet Servers and Bartenders

Conducts pre-shift meetings with staff, reviewing Banquet Event Orders and emphasizing service standards

Communicate with kitchen staff on timing of events and customer needs

Display knowledge of food and beverage services and with the assistance of banquet staff, set all tables to include items needed and/or requested by the event host

Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish and English, team worker, great communication skills, dedicated, able to carry heavy items, excellent communication skills
