From the years of **** and 2003 I was a stay home mom at that time I want to get out in the work field and still be with my two young sons I got a job working at Jack & Jill Daycare in 2003 I worked there being a teacher teaching babies how to roll over and crawl and walk and feed themselves get them ready for the next stage in their lives until 2005. In 2005 I went to work for Exceptional Care I started as a prn just working where and when they needed me then to split shift where I worked 4 hours in the morning and 4 hours in the evening from there I went to first where I took care of I.D.D. clients I had to shower them brush their teeth feed them and change them at that time I had 6 guys 5 in wheelchairs one on a walker in 2007 I went to be a manager for the all ladies house it was up to me to make sure my ladies had everything they needed I took them to all their doctors appointments I worked close with the nurse to make sure all the doctors recommendations happened I also shopped for my ladies food,personal hygiene cleaning supplies ect… I did that for 8 years until I decided to go back to daycare worker in2015 to give my youngest son the same opportunity as my oldest two had.

From 2015 to 2019 I worked at Jack & Jill again not only was a teacher this time I had more roles as in leadership,head of the kitchen,I kept up with all the kids who eat and documented it on the computer I kept up with who signed their child in and out for ccms in2017/2018 I started a course and got my cda (child development associate) certificate while working two jobs one in daycare and one in care giving.

In 2019 I went back to Exceptional Care with the same duties plus some not only took care of my 6 clients I was moved to the office (h.r.) I run background checks make sure the managers was doing their jobs and making sure they had their paperwork that they needed for that month I helped in cpr and first aid made sure all new staff had all they training they needed to get started when we went to computers instead of paper I put in a most of what was needed in to it I also trained staff how to use the computer clocking in and out,documenting and working with state when they was there as of March 23,2024 the doors will be closing on Exceptional Care
