•Diesel Hydrotreating desulphurising Unit (DHDS)

•Burner Management System (BMS)

I am monitoring, evaluating the process performance and troubleshooting of following equipment’s;

Heat Exchangers, Pumps, Compressors (PD), Natural Draught Furnace, Chemical Dosing like lubricity improver(pc-32),electro conductivity improver(EC) and corrosion inhibitor(unicore).

•Safety Oriented, Follow the HSE rules and Regulation.

•Ensures proper implementation of Permit to Work System.

•Emergency handling in order to save the equipment and plant and personnel life.

•Conducts various process activities during turnaround startup and Pre-commissioning.

•Carries out operational preparation of equipment prior to handing over to maintenance.

•Operate the plant within safe limits and aim to eliminate Production and Safety Risk factors.

•Ensure that all accidents, Incidents and Injuries reporting and carried out the preliminary investigation.

•Logs and records all plant parameters and reports detailed information of any abnormalities and defects.

•Patrols area and inspects equipment, such as furnaces, towers, lines, and pumps, to detect malfunctions and leakage. Reads flow meters and temperature and pressure gauges, and Records data.

•Turns valves and switches as directed to regulate temperature, pressure, and flow rate of product; to direct flow of product to other units; to maintain specified levels of towers; and to start, stop, and regulate equipment, such as pumps.

•Draws samples of product from tanks and towers for laboratory testing.

•To control the plant according to all operational aspects.
