Previously, I held the position of Project Director, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Superintendent, overseeing the construction of high-end resorts, condominiums, and custom homes in Park City. Following this I continued my career with opportunities in California, Texas, and Oklahoma where I successfully managed the construction of Podium Deck Hospitality projects, wildlife/marine enclosures, waterparks, automotive dealerships, restaurants, dialysis centers, and churches. My diverse range of experience in overseeing construction projects from conception to completion equips me with a unique perspective. Integrity Design and Construction – California July 2021 to Present Construction Management - My responsibilities included coordination between the owner, architect, engineers, and general contractor. My duties also included preconstruction estimates, cost projections, schedules, and design value engineering and field supervision on Auto Dealerships, Churches, and Commercial projects. Once projects were underway my responsibilities were to monitor construction schedules, negotiate change orders, process project RFI’s and ASI’s, evaluate month end general contractor billings. Morris Construction – California January 2015 to July 2021 Sr. Project Manager – Design and Construction of Auto Dealerships My duties included the supervision of two other project managers and the project management responsibilities of two projects of my own. These projects included a remodel of a 30,000 sq. ft. Mercedes Dealership, Three 12,000 sq ft Dialysis Centers, and a 35,000 square foot ground up CDRJ Dealership. Visioneering Studio’s – Irvine California August 2013 to December 2014 Superintendent– Construction of a 65,000 sq ft high tech design-build church facility.

Biscayne Aquaculture-Austin Texas July 2009 to July 2011 Project Manager – Water Parks, Fountains and Zoo Animal and Marine Life Support Systems and Enclosures. Responsibilities include Owner contract administration, budget analysis, schedule design and evaluation, value engineering, construction team preparation, and Owner/GC correspondence, procurement of all equipment, materials, and subcontractor negotiations. I am responsible for the over all day to day operations of multiple National Zoo and Marine Projects.

Construction Risk Management – California February 2008 to July 2009 Construction Management - My responsibilities included coordination between the owner, architect, engineers, and general contractor. My duties also included preconstruction estimates, cost projections, schedules, and design value engineering and field supervision on church and school projects associated with High Tower Development. Once projects were underway my responsibilities were to monitor construction schedules, negotiate change orders, process project RFI’s and ASI’s, evaluate month end general contractor billings. Standard Pacific Homes – California August 2006 to February 2008 Project Director – My responsibilities consisted of design and construction of an 82 unit condominium six story podium deck project in the city of Long Beach California and a 112 unit condominium eight story podium deck project in the city of Pasadena. My responsibilities also included the design and development of several custom home communities. These projects were all in-house projects and full design, permit acquirement, recordation of tract maps, condo maps, HOA approved budgets, supervision and completion of construction were in my scope of duties. I was responsible for $82 million dollars worth of work. Howard S. Wright Construction - California August 2003 to August 2006 Senior Project Manager – Responsible for the design and construction of a 320,000 square foot parking garage/showroom/service center/car wash for McKenna Automotive in the city of Norwalk. I completed an 80,000 square foot 110 unit dormitory at Chapman University in Orange California and complete several Auto dealership remodels for Nissan and BMW. My duties included management of architect and consultants, provide supervision of design team meetings, scheduling of design and construction, budget projections, scheduling, and all owner transactions and change order negotiations. Aspen/Daedalus USA – Park City, Utah February 2000 to August 2003 Senior Project Manager – Team leader responsible for tracking of budgets and schedules on all luxury concrete and steel multifamily type I projects under construction. Other responsibilities involve communication with owners, city officials, engineers, and architects. I was also responsible for the evaluation and direction of subcontractor change orders and project close out on previous projects. Site visits, safety enforcement, and value engineering of new projects in the development stage were also on my list of responsibilities. During my time with Daedalus I was responsible for over $60 million dollars worth of work. PROJECTS
