Successfully Completed Major projects for prestigious clientele listed below. AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals: New 6 level office building of steel, concrete with curtain wall exterior. Including a CIP concrete bridge connecting to a new 6 story laboratory building for life science research. Also included is a new mechanical facility with new complete utilities consisting of Steam, Emergency power, cooling towers and state of the art security system. Cost of this project was $128,000,000, and a schedule of 26 months. 500,000 cy of rock removal was necessary to facilitate this project. This project was the first life science building to receive a Leeds Platinum rating for green buildings in the New England area. Dartmouth College 3 projects: New 12 level steel and CIP concrete dormitory complex. New 6 level CIP concrete waffle slab addition to the Thayer School of Engineering. New "John Berry Athletic Facility" a diverse facility for training student athletes.

Boston College 4 projects: Twin Dormitory buildings, Voute and Gabelli Student Residences on Commonwealth Ave. New 5 level steel and concrete with brick and stone veneers. The Yawkey Center New 5 level addition to the Alumni Stadium. A round steel and concrete building with brick and granite veneers. Addition and renovation of Alumni Stadium. Steel and concrete additions with sky boxes, state of the art playing surfaces, medical wing, sports offices and electronic and audio visual upgrades.

Boston University 2 Projects : Warren Towers Student Residences. New 6 level school of Dental Medicine with a 7 story precast parking and mixed use building.

Shire Pharmaceuticals A 4 level life science building for the specialized process facility for the manufacture of specialized biochemical medicine.

Millenium Partners: 6 level below ground parking slurry wall with 36 levels of mixed use and residential tower. Merck Pharmaceuticals: 3 Projects: Six level below grade slurry wall construction for parking and 12 levels above grade research facility comprised of concrete, steel and complete curtain wall exterior. The Jackson Laboratory : 2 Projects : 5 level Award winning Life science research facility. All new campus wide utilities line blasted into solid rock. A 500 vehicle parking area from shot rock and bituminous concrete. Upgraded utility plant consisting of complete emergency power, steam generators and compete utility package. The Museum of Fine Arts : Series of projects consisting 4 level below grade and 7 stories above ground parking facility consisting of caisson and grade beam foundation. CIP concrete, brick veneer and precast concrete exteriors. Peabody Essex Museum new Asian Art wing. 3 levels of steel and concrete with brick and granite veneers. Incredible cabinetry and woodwork showcasing priceless Asian nautical artifacts and history. Personel Interests
