I did the billing, calling on clients about jobs that were completed and discussed jobs to be worked on. I also ran the warehouse where I would make sure things were in stock and ready on the truck for each job daily.

I worked for Sears Logistic Services, I would do Customer Service Rep, and also Dispatch where I would communicate to the drivers making the deliveries in Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, New York and Rhode Island. I would make sure the customers were pleased and make sure things went smoothly for the driver and the customer.

This was my first job and I was a Bagger, Cashier, Carryout. This job was what formed me into a reliable, dedicated worker with great understanding on how to make a customer satisfied. My people skills and my empathy for people was what made this job so rewarding and rememberable.

The breaks in my timeline were due to having children and getting married and divorced. I raised five children and had three marriages.
