● Provided Technical Support for AT&T U-Verse VOIP, HSIA, and Cable.

● Supported Install and Repair (outside) techs from V-RAD to the premises, also provided support to the Premises Technician for all issues inside the house. Supported U-Verse sales calls from AT&T stores, as well as customer calls when needed.
