Carry out quality inspection to ensure the shipped products confirm quality requirement and timely execution.

Assure all factory’s assigned QC is well trained and qualified to conduct inspection of standard US Polo.

Assure Development samples (Proto, Fit and Photo), PPS samples, Seal samples and Add samples against standards to ensure products meet all US Polo and Walmart Quality Standards.

Conduct Pre-production meeting, Pilot run, In-line, Final Inspection in factory upon schedule in accordance with pre-defined AQL sampling plan (ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 2003) and US Polo and Walmart Quality Standards.

Prepare complete online inspection report through Jordache QA Portal within same day of inspection and provide Inspection Certificate (IC) to vendors on time.

Perform monthly analysis report of major 5 defects and aware factory to reduces defects within 3.5%.
