My experience spans over 4years as a professional working across a portfolio as a Facilities and Property Management officer for the Banking sector. I am currently working within the National Development Bank where I have been able to bring about the following key positive changes:

Property management for Head Office and branches.

I bring a wealth of experience and a unique passion for project overview, and I am highly skilled in overseeing facilities management, fleet management, and ensuring cost-effective measures. My 4 years of experience as a Facilities officer has been coupled with vendor and contracts management, monitoring of utilities, administrative service, and organizational development through training and development. In this position, I honed my interpersonal skills through customer service being external and internal stakeholders, clerical responsibilities, and assessing and responding to various tasks in a vibrant working environment.

Academically, I possess an Advanced Diploma in Construction Engineering. I have also undertaken various courses to improve my skill set, including Microsoft Projects and Strategic Facilities Management. Additionally, I have undergone the Investment in Excellence Program with Pacific Institutes.
