Enclosed is a copy of my resume. In review, you will find I have extensive years of

experience in working with the general public in several capacities, which would be a

great asset to your company. I offer a short summary.

I have been employed in several capacities under the broad title of “Customer Service”.

In employment with Michigan Bell, I held the title of Business Office/Customer Service

Representative. Duties entailed accounts receivable/payable, billing, collections, service

ordering, and sales. I also held the position of Engineering Facilities Clerk.

At General Telephone I held the position of Customer Service Clerk in the new service

department, involving new customer records, data entry, records clerk.

At EDS I held the positions of Installation and Repair Technician, entailing duties of field

technician, facilitating both the installation and repair of systems for both long and short

term projects. Working with the customer and staff, I have assisted in bringing about a

satisfactory resolution to each project.

I have also held the positions of switchboard operator, with multi-line PBX systems.

I am presently in the Real Estate profession, but seek to return to general employment. I
