Started as passenger service agent, part of the checking crew and retention locations.

Flight coordinator and ramp agent, ensuring the safety and the expedition of the passengers. Work alongside with the aircraft team and the pilot to facilitate all documentation needed. Flight dispatcher for the last 6 months, work on all the documentation and the safety of the light.

Manage the reports of the flight, back of the house maintenance and clerical work, as well as scheduling the cleaning of the aircraft after the cabin search.

Notify the FAA about the flight’s plan which is the route of the flight, documentation and departure time.

Responsible for the aircraft weight and balance, distribution of the seats by class, suitcases, gas and more.

Manage all timing of each flight; when the flight arrived, first interaction with the flight crew, number of passengers and aircraft team.

After the cabin search was completed, ordering the onboarding of the new passengers and their bags.
