SUMMARY OF PERFORMANCE

** ***** ******* *********** ************** CONSTRUCTION RETAIL As a General Contracting Superintendent, I have over 30 years of experience and over 100 Retail Ground-ups and Remodels in completion under my belt. I have an outstanding record of finishing all of my projects on time and with-in budget. This also includes Von’s, Von’s Pavillions, Safeways, Smart & Finals and Chain Fast food outlets Cafe Rio across California, Colorado, Nevada and Arizona. I have a lot of pride in my work and I have a way with people that enables me to get the most out of the many trades, I’m honest, genuine and straight forward and this comes across to not only the many trades I work with but also to the various city and county inspectors and as such my projects always seem to flow easier. These qualities also convey to the clients and project managers that I follow through with what I say and over time this has been proven through effective subcontractor management, cost and quality control.
